Steven Kettman, a co-author of Jose Canseco’s book “Juiced”, claims that Canseco uses steroids for performance-enhancing effects

The former professional baseball player Jose Canseco was claimed to be one of the most scorned persons in steroid era of baseball. The former player was pushed out professional baseball after he had identified certain prominent baseball players as users of steroids in the book “Juiced: Wild Times, Rampant ‘Roids, Smash Hits and How Baseball Got Big”.
Everybody is against Jose Canseco. It is noticed that if any individual defended him, it would be Steven Kettman. This person has been a co-author of the book of Canseco “Juiced”. But Kettman didn’t support Jose Canseco. Furthermore, he was on the opposite side. Being a guest of the Huffington Post, Steven Kettman pronounced some ridiculous words about Canseco’s recent incident linked with anabolic steroids.
Jose Canseco desires to come back to playing baseball professionally. He has been invited by the “Tigres de Quintana Roo” of Cancun. This team is a part of the Mexican Baseball League. Playing for the “Tigres de Quintana Roo” would be the next stop of Canseco in direction to the MLB.
But his return to professional baseball has become unsuccessful due to application of Testosterone Cypionate and Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG)  for testosterone replacement therapy. A lot of articles confirm that Jose Canseco has tested positive for steroids and has been banned for use of steroids. But it isn’t true. Jose Canseco has confirmed that he has just needed to provide several documents that have supported his medical need to be on TRT in order to be in Mexican Baseball League.
Kettman doesn’t believe that the story about TRT is true. He notes that Jose Canseco must discontinue humiliating himself. This writer says that Jose Canseco should discontinue acting so, as if he were a cartoon character.
Kettman didn’t make any distinction between medical Canseco’s need to administer steroids for TRT and those that administer prohibited medications for athletic needs.   He claims that Jose Canseco continues to administer forbidden medications in order to promote enhancing performance.
Kettman has tried to disparage several myths linked with steroids in the book “Juiced”. The book supports usage of steroids for therapeutic purposes and promotes administration of these preparations for hormone replacement therapy in elder individuals.
It is said that the most controversial words of the book are those where authors identify names of Mark McGwire, Juan Gonzalez, Rafael Palmeiro, Ivan Rodriguez, and Jason Giambi, claiming that these professional baseball players win due to administration of steroids.
Not only Kettman has distanced himself from the book “Juiced”. Canseco has also confirmed that he has nightmares about steroids since writing the book and that he regrets that he has named these baseball players. He asked some of them for apologizing.
ESPN sportswriters criticize Jose Canseco for desire to distance himself from the own book.
