The substance abuse canselor helped him to sell anabolic steroids outside the prison. The illegal activity led to his arrest in November 2011. It happened when Finley had caught during distribution of anabolic steroids to a man in a certain parking lot.
Melendez sent Finley to deliver certainforbidden medications to a customer. The purchase was made in a certain shopping centre.
