Jose Canseco who has called himself as a “godfather of steroids” in baseball writes his third book. He avoids discussing anabolic steroids and other performance-enhancing drugs. He wants to revolve about his own experience. The book which has the title “The truth hurts” will describe how Jose’s revelations about administration of steroids in baseball corrupted his life. The writer is going to notice that he has been affected both professionally and financially because of the truth.
The first book of Jose Canseco has the title “Juiced: Wild Times, Rampant Roids, Smash Hits and How Baseball Got Big”. It is the bestseller. Jose Canseco named some baseball players who took steroids. Such players, as Mark McGwire, Rafael Palmeiro and Jason Giambi were mentioned in the book. Thus, Jose Canseco made public steroid users in baseball. Moreover, as a result, certain of these accused sportspeople admitted that they took banned preparations. Later, as a celebration of his winning, Jose published another book that had the title “Vindicated”. This writer mentioned also names of other baseball players who administrated steroids. Recently Jose Canseco entertained many people, when he wrote on his Twitter account that he would hit easily a softball further than Rodriguez can hit a baseball. He challenged Alex Rodriguez to compete with him.
