Did Moustafa Ismail use synthol?

The Egyptian bodybuilder Moustafa Ismail has the largest arms in the world. His name was recorded in the Guinness book of the world records. This guy claims that his large arms are natural. He says that he has the largest biceps in the world because he has too strict nutrition and trainings. Moustafa Ismail eats chickens, almonds and fish every day. Moustafa Ismail also consumes much water and protein shakes.
Although it is evident that nutrition and workouts play great role, many individuals doubt about natural arms of Moustafa Ismail. It is difficult to believe that appropriate trainings and nutrition can lead to such increase in arms. Which factors are responsible for the large arms of the Egyptian bodybuilder?
When it was reported that Moustafa Ismail’s arms were 32 inches, accusations linked with usage of steroids appeared soon. Several persons believe that anabolic steroids are responsible for the massive arms of this guy. What did the Egyptian bodybuilder say about usage of steroids? He claimed that he had used anabolic steroids while living in Egypt. Purchase and intake of these preparations are legal under laws of this country. These drugs are sold at any pharmacy in Egypt. Furthermore, anabolic steroids are not expensive there. But Moustafa Ismail noted that he had to stop taking these remedies, when he moved to the USA. It is know that purchase and administration of these medications without a prescription are claimed to be criminal under laws of the US. These medications are bought on the black market by those that use them in the US illegally. Thus, Moustafa Ismail discontinued using these medicines after he moved to the USA.
But if even the Egyptian bodybuilder uses steroids, it doesn’t matter because these products don’t increase arms. They are not responsible for the bodybuilder’s massive arms.
There are other remedies that can enhance arms. They are called “site enhancement oils” (SEO). Synthol is one of the most often taken SEO. This preparation is taken by bodybuilders. It is taken in order to enhance muscles in circumference. Thus, it is suggested that the Egyptian bodybuilder takes Synthol. However, the Egyptian bodybuilder affirms that he doesn’t take this product.
Moustafa Ismail claims that he is hurt by accusations related to anabolic steroids and Synthol. He has submitted to examination conducted by an independent doctor that hasn’t seen any abnormality in the arms of this person. Thus, it is unclear whether the bodybuilder’s arms are natural or not.
