Tyler Hamilton and Daniel Coyle have published a book related to usage of EPO and anabolic steroids. Guidelines described in the book can prove that the cyclist Lance Armstrong administered banned drugs. The book has been entitled following: “The Secret Race: Inside the Hidden World of the Tour de France: Doping, Cover-ups, and Winning at all Costs”. The book contains guidelines connected with usage of EPO and steroids in cycling and methods to avoid detection. It demonstrates that drug testing is not efficient in this sport.
Tyler Hamilton claims that sportspeople can administer steroids without being detected. The author confirms that the WADA doesn’t have any possibility to win. Hamilton describes weakness of the WADA in testing sportspersons for forbidden substances.

Actually, it is unlikely that guidelines provided in Tyler’s book will change essence of cycling.
