Feds try to reveal details linked with private life of some athletes

Certain sportspersons who are suspected of steroid use become targets of the government. Feds do almost anything in order to determine whether some sportspersons have applied any doping products. They don’t spare taxpayers’ funds for this goal. Much money is spent to reveal even private life of sportspeople. According to the government, some details of their private behavior can reveal the truth about usage of prohibited medications. So, girlfriends of several athletes are interviewed by feds.
For example, it has been revealed that former girlfriends of Lance Armstrong and Roger Clemens and a former mistress of Barry Bonds have been asked about several aspects linked with private life of these sportspersons. Which questions were asked?
Kimberly Bell, a former mistress of Barry Bonds, was asked about testicles of this athlete. She reported that the athlete’s testicles were shrunken. Thus, her affirmations served as a proof that Barry Bonds took steroids and/or other forbidden products.
It is known that shrinkage of testicles is included in undesirable reactions of several steroids. So, the government decided to find out whether Barry Bonds had had this problem. But it is an unreliable argument in order to prove that someone has applied several banned medications. Steroid users can avoid this undesirable result, if they use some medications for this purpose.
Mindy McCready, a former mistress of Roger Clemens, was asked whether this former baseball player had had erectile dysfunctions. The singer claimed that sometimes Roger Clemens had suffered from this problem.
As for erectile dysfunctions, they may occur during usage of steroids. But if you study information about unwanted consequences of steroids more attentively, you can comprehend that this problem is more likely to appear after discontinuation of administration. It happens because natural testosterone production is normally suppressed by usage of exogenous testosterone. But since there are such products that can regenerate natural testosterone production, erectile dysfunctions can be prevented.
Sheryl Crow, a former girlfriend of Lance Armstrong, was also targeted by the government. But questions are not revealed. According to several suppositions, she might have been asked also about sexuality of the 7-time Tour de France winner.
In fact, federal prosecutors have a wrong point of view in this case. However testicular atrophy and erectile dysfunctions may appear on account of steroid use, these arguments are not proper.
