American youth adore their sports stars. They have already many such idols from the days of the baseball players Babe Ruth and Shoeless Joe Jackson till the stars of nowadays: the football player Peyton Manning and the baseball player Derek Jeter. Fans observe and repeat their each move.
Isn’t it dangerous to idolize sports stars of nowadays? It may be risky. Today sports heroes earn millions of dollars due to usage of steroids. However the NFL and the MLB fight against intake of forbidden medicines, the war seems to be unsuccessful. Usage of steroids like cancer destroys sports. Although American youth are educated about dangerous unwanted results of these products, the results are not satisfactory.
It is believed that youth are suppressed to apply steroids. They put efforts to meet the needed criteria of college admission; they adore current professional sportspeople. The all these factors promote administrating steroids.
Undoubtedly, all parents desire their children to succeed. If children go info sports, their parents desire them to compete successfully and to continue to play professionally. Children understand that it is not easy to do it. Which are the results? The pressure impacts greatly on American youth. Over 10 % of teenagers feel that they need to cheat in order to be successful. College admission levels have dropped due to budget cuts. The Recovery Place supposes that it may cause the situation, when high school students will look for other ways to be able to stand out among crowds. Abuse of steroids can seem for teenagers to be the best alternative way.
American youth know that many professional athletes have succeeded differently. Some of them did it because of their talents and hard trainings; others administrated steroids and other related products. If American youth follow those who dope, which will be the consequences?
Prolonged administration of steroids can lead to addiction to these medications. Moreover, steroid users may suffer from such side symptoms, as liver diseases, cancer, high blood pressure, icterus, kidney dysfunctions and bad cholesterol. These negative results are claimed to be serious; they may threaten to life.
Of course, parents don’t want to see their children with destroyed health. They desire their children to reach goals because devotion to sports and intensive workouts. But it is difficult to do it because many others lie, applying steroids. Now it is time to do everything to push out steroids. These medicines shouldn’t disturb to achieve our goals.

Black clouds of steroids for baseball
There is a topic which causes hot discussions. Especially baseball fans are excited, in case they hear about steroids and their influence on this sport. Thus, in case you want to cause heated debates, you just have to note that several baseball stars win due to steroid use.
Various people have different opinions, when it comes to the topic about steroids. Sometimes it is difficult to understand why certain persons that are involved in baseball administrate steroids. Of course, the most respected baseball players are those who don’t use steroids and win due to natural talents. Those are worth of respect, honor and awards who are not lured to dope for achievement of their goals.
It is believed that steroid users shouldn’t be elected for the Hall of Fame. This aspect represents attempt to avoid shame connected with the steroid era. You can see efforts to leave all negative effects in past and to move further. But do these efforts to condemn users of steroids mean that the steroid era is over? In fact, a wrong impression is created here. The steroid era is not behind us yet. Those who think that condemnation of steroid users mean that baseball is drug-free are mistaken.
Everyone knows that many baseball players have administrated anabolic steroids and other related preparations. Moreover, nobody doubts that today there are such players of baseball that continue to administrate prohibited drugs. Numerous people discuss whether a player with average skills may become great due to usage of forbidden medicines. Certain people claim that without proper talents steroids don’t profit. Talents should present. Others do not agree with this statement. They claim that steroids are able to enhance performance whatever talent an athlete has.
But the problem is that we condemn players who dope alone. But not only sportspersons must be blamed for the steroid era. Everyone knows what happens really during the steroid era.
It is unlikely that the steroid era is behind us. Baseball hasn’t yet past the dark clouds. Intake of steroids is still deeply in the heart of baseball. Decisive efforts must present to be convinced that doping doesn’t destroy baseball anymore.

Soon baseball players will stop using steroids
The Major League Baseball experienced some troublesome periods of time. It survived two situations which are considered to be two world wars for baseball: the 1919 Black Sox scandal and the betting of Pete Rose on baseball. Now the MLB suffers from steroid era. It is widely believed that it will have capability to endure this period too. There was a case that had an essential influence on baseball as well. It was the case against Barry Bonds.
Undoubtedly, Barry Bonds was not the only baseball player who doped. Moreover, he is not the last of them. A lot of baseball players have taken forbidden products to enhance performance. Many players of baseball have received praise and millions of dollars due to intake of prohibited drugs.
The sums of money which may be obtained justify the risks related to intake of steroids and other performance-enhancing drugs. The baseball players who use prohibited products do not care so scrupulously about their reputation, as they trouble about getting money. Such persons are responsible for the influence which is spread upon fans who try to be similar to them and upon future generation that will have hot debates about the steroid era in baseball.
Nobody can doubt that any baseball player who administrates steroids destroys his honor. It is made only for money. Such individual trades own reputation just for obtaining money.
Nevertheless, it is believed that future of baseball is without steroid use. Many baseball players have talents and proper skills; they train intensively and dedicate themselves wholly to this sport. They are honest people. They keep their reputation. Such players love baseball truthfully. They don’t worry just about money. Such baseball players are motivated by actual love to baseball.
Generally, the MLB bans steroids. But unluckily, there are individuals in each sport who take unfair advantage due to administration of steroids.
Our hope is light: we think that the day comes, when we’ll observe sportspeople that compete not because of intake of steroids and other related medications but due to natural talents, skills and hard trainings.

Impact of money on people’s mind is manifested by sales and/or usage of steroids
The theme connected with steroids appears everywhere. It is widely debated by many individuals. Everyday many articles report about these medicines. You come across news that report about individuals that take steroids. You come across cases connected with those who are caught selling steroids and sentenced to probation or jail. Although steroids are prescribed for numerous patients to treat them from several diseases, usage of these medicines for increase of performance is more widely spread. It seems that it destroy the whole world.
People are controlled by money. If they may get money due to sales or administration of anabolic steroids, they do it. They are not stopped by the steroid laws. They take and sell these medicines, in spite of the fact that they are claimed to be illegal in some countries. Many persons break steroid laws because they may earn money, distributing and/or using steroids.
It is undoubtedly that you have read many articles about wrestlers that have administrated prohibited products for many years. Some of users died due to sudden attacks, being young. But no one wants to admit that fatal situations happen because steroids. Many people deny connections between serious diseases and usage of steroids.
The Major League Baseball wants to escape from steroid era. We believe that the time comes, when baseball will be played without drugs and winners will be decided due to natural talent and skills of players but not due to medications that have performance-enhancing effects.
It is impossible to be convinced that you comprehend how wide spread usage of controlled substances is in professional and non-professional sports. Steroid use by competitive sportspersons is cheating. If sportspersons administrate preparations which increase performance, they lie. They take unfair advantage during competitions.
Any user of steroids that goes info sports should recognize whether he/she has talent to be involved in sports. If he/she is not able to compete, he/she must have another job. Everyone should do the job he/she really can do. So, if you are not able to play football, you must choose another job.
There is a hope that intake of steroids and other performance-enhancing drugs will be discontinued in sports. It may be that this time will be soon in the future. Who knows?

Unfair decisions of judges in case of breaking steroid laws
The laws which ban usage of anabolic steroids have appeared because of certain conditions. They turned out to be responses to widespread intake of steroids in competitive sports. Anti-Doping Agencies hoped that prohibition of steroids would keep professional athletes far from usage of illegal medications. But criminalization of steroids influenced on administration of steroids by competitive sportspersons slightly.
The steroid laws commonly do not prosecute sportspeople who administrate illegal medications. On the contrary, non-competitive sportspeople and recreational bodybuilders are usually targets of the steroid laws. They suffer due to consequences of breaking these laws.
This is not just one’s point of view. This is reality. Let realize: who is sentenced to jail because of selling steroids? For example, Ashley Dewayne Rivers of Alabama received 5 months in jail because he had sold about $2000 worth of steroids to a health care provider. In fact, this individual was not the target of a steroid investigation. He just turned out to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. The estranged wife of this doctor talked to federal investigators that her husband was involved in operations of black steroid market. So, the affirmation of this woman led to the situation, when the health care provider was investigated.
Actually, Rivers was a supplier of steroids for short period of time. This person sold these medicines to his friends. James Robinson, the defense attorney for Ashley Rivers, noticed that his client had recognized his guilty wholly and taken the total responsibility for his illegal operations. The attorney confirmed that Rivers was a moral man. However he violated the steroid laws, he realized the risks and admitted to his guilty.
The attorney James Robinson asked the judge to sentence his client just to probation. Rivers cared about his wheelchair-bound wife, 2 children that were adopted by him and 3 children of his disabled brother. Furthermore, this person sacrificed about 40, 000 dollars for individuals that lost their homes because of tornadoes. It would be better, if Rivers Ashley were sentenced to probation. He would continue to work for his family and other persons.
But Christopher Brinson, the Assistant U. S. Attorney, refused the request of James Robinson. He stated that this person committed a serious crime and he must serve time in jail. However the judge was inclined to agree with the request of the defense attorney at the beginning, finally he made the decision to agree with the Assistant U.S. Attorney and sentenced Rivers to 5 months in jail.
You may observe that steroid laws have just a slight influence on professional athletes.

Just to have low testosterone levels is not enough to obtain a TUE
Some mixed martial artists have publicly acknowledged that they take anabolic steroids as a part of testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) which has been indicated by physicians. The executive director of the Nevada State Athletic commission (NSAC) Keith Kizer believes that this aspect has created a perception among major people that steroid exemptions are given to allow MMA fighters to use the steroid testosterone.
During an interview with Ben Fowlkes of MMA Fighting Kizer noticed that some persons believed that any fighter could obtain exemptions for intake of testosterone. He noted that he couldn’t say it about other states but he mentioned about the situation in Nevada. According to Kizer, it is 50/50 whether a request for steroid exemption will be approved.
TRT is a treatment which is required for adult men who have hypogonadism (low testosterone levels). If athletes correspond to the medical criteria, they may be allowed to use steroids.
The NSAC has strict requirements for those who want to obtain a therapeutic use exemption (TUE) for usage of steroids. A fighter must have the document that displays that blood levels of testosterone are low. But if a fighter has low testosterone level, it is not sufficient to get a TUE. Treating physicians must name reasons and medical conditions. The details linked with testosterone replacement therapy must be described by doctors as well. Every detail should manifest that a fighter has to take testosterone for medical purposes and administration of steroids will not give unfair advantage to the fighter.
Some top athletes of Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) have applied steroids for TRT. Chael Sonnen, Nate Marquardt, Dennis Hallman and Dan Henderson belong to the starts of the UFC who take steroids for clinical needs.
The executive director of the NSAC confirms that ban of steroids makes MMA safer. He notices that if a fighter uses steroids, he/she takes unfair advantage as if it is applied knuckles that are hidden inside gloves. So, this is not just cheating. This situation is linked with risks for life. If you say to a fighter that you can put knuckles in the gloves so, as no one will observe it, this athlete will say you not to bother him. But it is strangely that such athlete takes steroids.
It goes without saying that intake of steroids has possible risks to enhance the harm which may occur in MMA.

James Gahan talked to high school athletes about dangers related to intake of steroids. It was a part of his community service to which James Gahan had been sentenced by the court.
James Gahan noted nothing about influence of steroids on the life and health of his son. James Gahan mentioned only about own experiences with these medications. Colin Daynes’ athletic career will end after serving the ban
Colin Daynes, a Greco-Roman wrestler, wanted to represent Canada at the 2012 London Olympics. But his dreams will not be real. Intake of controlled substances became a reason for it. Colin Daynes was caught using steroids, diuretics and a selective estrogen receptor modulator.
Earlier Colin Daynes won the 74 kg division at the Canadian Wrestling Qualification Trials.
According to the Canadian Centre for Ethics in Sports, Colin Daynes tested positive for such forbidden medicines, as boldenone, drostanolone, furosemide and tamoxifen. Boldenone and drostanolone belong to anabolic steroids that are better known under their trade names: Equipose and Masteron. As for Tamoxifen, it is known as Nolvadex. This medicine is usually taken in combinations with several others in order to reduce water retention. Furosemide or Lasix belongs to the class of diuretics. Wrestlers take this medication as well as other diuretics to lose body weight to correspond to requirements of certain weight categories.
Colin Daynes acknowledged that he had used anabolic steroids and other prohibited medicines intentionally. This wrestler noticed that he had used these medications to get recovery from a partially-torn bicep and an elbow injury. But he added that he hadn’t known that these medicines were prohibited by the WADA. Colin Daynes blamed his health care provider for this case. He said that he had consulted a naturopathic doctor who advised him using these drugs. Colin Daynes noted that if he had known that the drugs were forbidden, he would not have competed.
The Greco-Roman wrestler represented Canada at the 1996 Atlanta Olympics. After he won the national trials in 2008 he was going to participate in the Beijing Olympics. But he didn’t participate in this Olympics because he couldn’t qualify at the international level. Recently he won the Canadian Wrestling Qualifying Trials in December, 2011, and was scheduled to secure his allowance for the 2012 London Olympics through the competition at the Pan American Wrestling Championship.
But due to usage of forbidden products this wrestler has been sentenced to 2-year ban. It means that this wrestler is not permitted to compete till December 2012, when his athletic career ends too.
Colin Daynes claimed that he had represented the native country proudly. He concluded that people could judge him, if they were able to do it after his 25-year successful career and everything he had done.

Announcement of the US Attorney’s Office about close of Armstrong’s case
The case against Lance Armstrong connected with doping is proclaimed to be closed. This athlete remains to be considered a champion that won at the Tour de France 7 times.
It is known that federal prosecutors tried to determine whether Lance Armstrong and his teammates have joined a doping program. The length of the investigation has been about 2 years.
Lance Armstrong denied that he has doped. The accusations against Lance Armstrong threatened to his athletic career as well as to his Foundation of cancer research and support. The efforts to prove that this athlete used steroids were in vain.
This cyclist claimed that he had heard that the US Attorney’s Office decided to close the case. He confirmed that it was a right decision. Armstrong mentioned that he was waiting to continue his usual life, being a father, a competitor and an advocate in the fight against cancer.
Andre Birote, an attorney proclaimed during a press conference that the US Attorney’s Office closed the investigation linked with the case of Lance Armstrong. This person didn’t notice about any reason of this decision. But he just said that previous similar cases were also closed.
For example, the investigation connected with Barry Bonds was considered to be less-than-successful. Prosecutors couldn’t prove that this athlete had cheated about administration of steroids. As for the case linked with Roger Clemens, the trial was indicated for another time because the judge announced about previous mistrial.
Investigators believed that a doping program was organized by Armstrong’s team. They wanted to determine whether it was so as they suspected. Authorities investigated whether Lance Armstrong encouraged or induced doping.
In fact, prosecutors put efforts to determine whether Armstrong and his team violated federal conspiracy and fraud charges. While Barry Bonds testified before a federal grand jury and Clemens testified before Congress, Armstrong wasn’t required to present before a grand jury. Barry Bonds and Clemens were charged with lying under oath.
Frank, a former teammate of Lance Armstrong, and her wife Betsy Andreu charged Armstrong with usage of prohibited forbidden drugs. They confirmed that they were shocked by the decision to close the case. They concluded that such situations happened due to power of money.

Lyle Alzado blamed intentionally his steroid abuse for the brain cancer
Tge Wisconsin University professor Norm Fost destroys several common misconceptions linked with anabolic steroids. However some specialists notice about serious and even life-threatening undesirable results of anabolic steroids, the physician Fost denies these statements, confirming that they don’t have any scientific basis.
But statements of Norm Fost are not so often quoted by media as affirmations about serious adverse results of steroids. So, the message of Norm Fost that steroids aren’t so harmful, as it is believed, is written once for every 500-time conclusion that steroids represent a real evil.
Furthermore, editors usually create a wrong perception among readers, writing the quotes of Norm Fost wrongly. For example, a headline of a radio talk sounds following: “UW-Madison doctor: steroids aren’t harmful at all”. The headline is not correct. It is misleading. Norm Fost has never confirmed that steroids were not harmful at all. It is evident that these medications can lead to various undesirable effects. Norm doesn’t deny probability of occurring adverse symptoms. Actually, this doctor says some other things. This specialist notes that potential risks of steroids are essentially exaggerated. This doctor denies the statement that steroids cause the rare form of brain cancer. According to several sources, this led to the death of Lyle Alzado, a player of the NFL. Dr. Fost notes that there is no any connection between the death of this player and steroids.
Alzado demonized his prolonged steroid abuse for the primary brain lymphoma that finally led to his death. Assertion of this player was the only evidence that supported the link between his administration of steroids and the brain cancer.
But a question appears here. Why did Alzado make public his steroid use, blaming anabolic steroids for his diseases? Couldn’t you find this fact strange?
Actually, it was said that AIDS had suppressed his immune system and promoted destroying his body by the primary brain lymphoma.
A pathologist noticed that Alzado had had T-cell lymphoma that was linked with AIDS. According to Dr. Thomas DeLoughery, Alzado was afraid that the public would proclaim that he died from AIDS because of the cancer.
Pathologists at OHSU reported that Lyle Alzado had had B-cell lymphoma which was not linked with HIV or AIDS.
The doctor DeLoughery explained the situation. He said that T-cells of this person were inflamed but the malignant cells were B-cells.
While experts disputed about AIDS and the type of cancer that Lyle Alzado had, nobody of them noted about connection between his brain lymphoma and administration of steroids.

Anna Watson refused to destroy her “temple” to become a model
Anna Watson, an university cheerleader of Georgia, noted that she was pressured to take steroids to get a fitness modeling contract. Her modeling agent recommended her to use Anavar in order to obtain needed 50 pounds of muscles. This person was tempted but finally she rejected this recommendation. This lady confirmed that her body was “a temple” and she would not affect it.
This lady confirmed that she had been tempted by usage of steroids numerous times. The agent made everything to present steroids as something good.
It was noticed that she would obtain a $75,000 per year fitness modeling contract, if she administrate steroids and gain 50 pounds of muscles. This lady said that she told Elite Model Management representatives in Paris. Elite is one of the most prestigious modeling networks. Such well-known models, as Adriana Lima, Cindy Crawfors and Gisele Bundchen belong to Elite.
But Anna Watson preferred to be a cheerleader at the University to being involved in the glamorous world. Furthermore, this lady rejected usage of steroids because this aspect was not in harmony with her religious principles. She noted that she didn’t serve a modeling agent but the Lord. This lady added that she had been created as a nice creation. This person made a conclusion that she wouldn’t violate her moral and religious principles only to take photos. She decided not to affect her health.
Several questions appear, reading these statements. Somebody could ask whether Elite Model Management looks for models that have the same appearance like competitive female bodybuilders. Or may be Anna Watson just desire to draw public’s attention by taking advantage of bad attitude to steroids?
It is said that if Anna Watson gains 50 pounds of muscles, she will be allowed to compete on national bodybuilding stage. But what is for contract of 75, 000 dollars per year? Sportspersons know that such sums of money are not obtained easily even in sports. But may such large sum of money be obtained from modeling agency? It is controversial.
Women that are involved in bodybuilding compete greatly to obtain prize money. Females with muscular bodies are more likely to receive money from “schmoes” (males who have sexual fetish for muscular females) than from such prestigious modeling agencies, as Elite.

King Mo Lawal blames the supplement S-Mass Lean Gainer for his positive for Masteron
King Mo Lawal admitted that he had taken a dietary supplement that was tainted. As it turned out to be, that supplement contained 2 ingredients which were synthetic steroids. According to this person and his manager, usage of this product led to positive for Masteron.
King Mo Lawal noticed during an interview for MMA Hour that he had bought “S-Mass Lean Gainer” in a Max Muscle store in April, 2010. This product was produced by Steel Body Production.
But this is not the situation, when steroid ingredients are not disclosed. Synonyms of prohibited medications are listed on the label of S-Mass Lean Gainer. Actually, these steroids were the subjects of several debates between anti-doping organizations and federal regulators since 2005. They are following: 2a-17a-Dimethyl-5aandrost-3-one 17b-ol and 4-Chloro-17a-Methyl-a-andro4-ene3, 17b-diol. These preparations are better known under the names: Superdrol and Promagnon.
As for Superdrol, it goes by methyldrostanolone, methasteron and 2a-17a-Dimethyl-5aandrost-3-one 17b-ol. So, methylated version of Masteron was determined in the urine sample of King Mo Lawal by a proper lab of the anti-doping agency.
The pharmaceutical company Anabolic Resources was the first which sold Superdrol as a dietary supplement. It was over 5 years ago. This company was charged with elaborating of a new unapproved medication. Later this pharmaceutical company pleaded guilty and acknowledged that they had sold a synthetic steroid as a dietary supplement. As a result, Anabolic Resources had to pay a fine of 500, 000 dollars.
As for Promagnon, it also initially appeared as a dietary supplement in 2005 by Peak Performance’ Labs. The government didn’t take any action against this pharmaceutical company for manufacturing and selling this steroid. But this pharmaceutical company decided to stop manufacturing this steroid in 2006.
Although legal status of these two products is controversial, many companies have produced and distributed them as dietary supplements during about 6 years. Undoubtedly, those that are involved in this industry know about the status of these steroids but they continue to sell them.
The manager for Lawal says that the full responsibilities must be taken by the companies which market synthetic steroids as dietary supplements. This person adds that such companies misguide people intentionally.

Ryan Braun accepted his MVP awards, although he had tested positive for steroids
Although Ryan Braun of the Milwaukee Brewers faces a suspension for intake of anabolic steroids, he accepted his Most Valuable Player Award at the dinner of Baseball Writers Association. This player didn’t acknowledge to administration of banned preparations. He noticed that he had become a victim of a false positive. He fights against the results that have been announced.
However it has been lately discussed whether steroid users may be voted for Baseball’s Hall of Fame, they do not forfeit their Most Valuable Player awards. Even admitted steroid users don’t forfeit their MVP awards.
Jack O’Connell announced that Ryan Braun would be permitted to receive the MVP awards. Earlier other users of steroids were permitted also to keep their MVP awards. For example, Ken Caminity kept his 1996 MVP award; Alex Rodriquez kept his 2003 MVP award. Both these sportspersons admitted that they had administrated steroids.
According to testosterone: epitestosterone (T: E) ratio, Ryan Braun had enhanced level of testosterone in October 2011. The T: E ratio has manifested about exogenous type of testosterone. Actually, this test can’t indicate real quantity of used testosterone.
Another method of testing was used by the World Anti-Doping Agency accredited lab in Montreal to confirm the analysis of the T: E ratio testing. It was applied carbon isotope ratio testing which confirmed about existence of exogenous testosterone.
Several sportswriters thought that Ryan Braun should have forfeited his MVP awards due to the positives for prohibited medications. But this person made another decision. Ryan Braun decided to accept the awards and address with the speech about false charges with administration of steroids. This American baseball player noticed that characters of individuals are revealed in such situations of adversary. Ryan Braun confirmed that he had a great respect to baseball. Ryan Braun added that he made a lot for his career in this sport but he had done everything with respect and appreciation to baseball.
It was said that Ryan Braun had been one of the youngest players of the Major League Baseball who didn’t need to administrate steroids to be able to play. When this baseball player found out about positive of Alex Rodriquez for steroids, he was very surprised. He mentioned that Alex Rodriquez should have been enough honest to admit to intake of controlled drugs.
Ryan Braun made a decision to fight against the results of his tests, claiming that unusual circumstances surrounded this situation. He announced that he would display his innocence and false positives.

Over 5 steroid metabolites have been found in the sample of an amateur cyclist
Administration of anabolic steroids and other drugs that increase performance is widespread among amateur as well as professional athletes. It isn’t surprisingly, if sportspersons test positive for controlled preparations. But there are some unusual cases, when a person tests positive for numerous banned preparations. Here is a case.
Alexandre Dougnier, a teenage amateur French cyclist tested positive for over 10 banned drugs, including more than 5 steroid metabolites. It was at a race in France in May, 2011. This person has received 3-year ban from competitions.
It was determined that Alexandre Dougnier had administrated such steroids, as Anavar, Dianabol and Winstrol. Other steroid metabolites which were found in his urine sample were following; 3-Hydroxystanozolol, 16b-Hydroxystanozolol, 4b-Hydroxystanozolol, Oxandrolone, epi-Oxandrolone, 6b-Hydroxymethandienone and 17-epi-Methandienone.
This young cyclist was a member of the Parisian Athletic Club de Boulogne-Billancourt. Certain individuals mention that this young cyclist might have been a follower of the club’s doper Jacques Anquetil. This person has been considered to be a celebrated individual of cycling’s history. Jacques Anquetil was a member of the club de Boulogne-Billancourt in 1950s and 1960s. He was the first cyclist that had won the Tour de France 5 times. This cyclist had obtained also 2 Olympic medals.
Jacques Anquetil took steroids and other performance-enhancing drugs. Furthermore, this cyclist defended doping during a TV debate with the French sports minister. He noted that it was not possible to endure cold, heat waves and rain in mountains during cycling without doping. He mentioned that only a fool person would endure these conditions linked with the extreme sport of cycling without performance-enhancing drugs. This well-known cyclist added that drug testing might deprive personal liberty. Jacques Anquetil said that everyone doped.
It is important to note steroids were not so widespread among cyclists in 1950s and 1960s. Administration of more dangerous amphetamines was more widespread during those years. As for administration of anabolic steroids, it has become more enhanced during past two decades.
Let mention which affirmations have been said about steroids, when other cyclists have used them. When Floyd Landis was caught applying testosterone, it was confirmed by his legal team that neither anabolic steroids, nor other performance-enhancing drugs were able to enhance performance in cyclists. As for the distributor of steroids Joseph Papp, he didn’t agree with this affirmation. He noticed that administration of steroids was widespread in elite cycling. According to his words, any individual may take testosterone gels in a clever way without being caught by anti-doping programs: users of transdermal testosterone should take in consideration time of detection.
Alexandre Dougnier was not cautious and didn’t put efforts to avoid detection. He probably didn’t suggest that cyclists would be tested for forbidden products at the race in Aubervilliers.

Rampage Jackson commented on the fact related to positives of King Mo Lawal
Quinton Rampage Jackson and King Mo Lawal don’t like each other. They didn’t manifest their negative attitude to each other for some years. During an interview Lawal said about their relationships, mentioning that he doesn’t have good opinion about Rampage Jackson who also doesn’t like him.
That’s why it is not surprisingly at all that Rampage Jackson commented on the fact linked with Lawal’s positive for drostanolone (Masterone).
Jackson said that it was quite obvious that Lawal had taken steroids. He noted that King Mo Lawal was not a true fighter. He applied steroids to have ability to compete.
Quinton Rampage Jackson noticed that there were fighters that were permitted to administrate steroids. He referred to those who had to take steroids for testosterone replacement therapy. This person noted that it was a real difference between goals. Fighters and other sportspeople are permitted to use steroids for TRT and not for enhancement of performance, according to this fighter.
Jackson notices that there are persons that have some health problems. They talk to their health care providers that prescribe steroids. They take these medications in order to be relieved from health problems and to stay competitive. But he adds that there are fighters that apply steroids to increase their performance. It is quite sadly, according to this mixed martial artist.
Nevertheless, usage of steroids for hormone replacement therapy by sportspersons is a quite controversial issue.
Such fighters, as Dennis Hallman, Chael Sonnen, Nate Marquardt and Dan Henderson acknowledged that they had taken steroids because of hypogonadism.
Thus, Rampage is a fighter that claimed about permission to administrate steroids as a part of TRT by sportspersons. But there are other fighters who do not support this point of view. Many sportspersons have the same opinion as Michael Bisping has. They confirm that intake of steroids is just justified by clinical conditions. They believe that all fighters who take anabolic steroids, claiming that they are on TRT, are cheaters.
King Mo Lawal confirms that he is not guilty, claiming that his manager has heard nothing about the steroid Masterone. Both this mixed martial artist and his manager claim that they are really surprised by the results of the test.
A fight between Jackson and Lawal was waiting by many fans. There were certain rumors that they would fight in February, 2012. But the hopes of fans were not justified. Lawal must serve a suspension.
